Welcome to the Griffintown Mosaic Workshop
The Griffintown Mosaic Workshop is located in a historic 19th century building at 1844 William Street, in downtown Montreal.
In Montreal's industrial age, the building was
an old factory. It has been transformed
into a beautiful Art Center, which includes
galleries, studios and workshop spaces.
Now, the Montreal Art Center is offering
art classes run by professional artists.
The Mosaic Workshop teaches the
art and craft of mosaic making. The workshop
and classes are being organized and run by
Tatiana Iliina, who is a professional mural, mosaic and fine art artist.
You can see many of Tatiana's paintings in her studio and the galleries at the Montreal Art Center. You have also probably seen her spectacular murals in many public spaces, including restaurants, religious institutions, shopping centers and exteriors in downtown Montreal and the surrounding areas.
The Griffintown Mosaic Workshop will offer Classes in different levels (beginner,
intermediate and advanced), and the Workshop, for creating individual projects.
